Scott Wolcott
President

Scott brings 41 years of material handling industry experience to his role as president, including 22 years dedicated to RSC. His passion lies in the diverse nature of material handling—an industry where no two projects are identical. Scott enjoys the constant learning process that comes with supporting a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing to hospitals.
He's particularly driven by the opportunity to introduce new technologies to the front lines—helping customers streamline their operations and improve how they do what they do.
When he's off the clock, Scott stays active with his family and dogs, and he's a dedicated ice hockey enthusiast.
Zach Hanson

Zach recently joined RSC with 11 years of industry experience and a focus on building complete material handling solutions. He's passionate about meeting customers where they are and leveraging his knowledge of market trends, top suppliers and new technology to deliver an exceptional, tailored experience for every project. Zach believes that because no two businesses are the same, our financial and operational solutions shouldn't be either.
In his downtime, Zach is a drummer and a huge fan of Chicago sports. He stays busy attending concerts and keeping up with his three kids.

Neil has spent the last 14 years helping lead RSC. He's a staunch advocate for the company culture, having played a key role in founding the P27 initiative. Neil is dedicated to protecting the behaviors that drive success for our organization, our people and our customers. He finds it rewarding to help customers navigate a rapidly changing industry by leveraging technology to create safer, more efficient and effective customized solutions.
When away from the office, Neil heads to his cabin in Indiana to spend as much time as possible outdoors in nature.

Adam is a lifelong Raymond professional with 21 years of experience across service, sales and distribution leadership. Since joining RSC in 2022, he has focused on fleet uptime and optimization—proactively solving problems to keep customer operations productive and efficient.
Adam enjoys the diversity of the industries he serves and takes pride in helping customers find new ways to improve.
Outside of work, Adam spends time traveling with his family, 4-wheeling and participating in competitive shooting.
