The Blue Giant StrongArm™ Dock Lip Barrier

The StrongArm Dock Lip Barrier is your line of defense to prevent accidental forklift roll-off when the overhead door is open and no trailer is stationed at the dock. When in the stored position, the StrongArm Dock Lip Barrier extends 5” above the cross traffic position providing an active, full dock width solid steel barrier. When the dock is being used or the lip is in the extended working position, the lip remains flush or level with the deck plate providing smooth, unobstructed transition for materials loading or unloading. Also included are the means of lowering the lip below level dock operations. The StrongArm™ Dock Lip Barrier is designed to withstand up to 15,000lb load impact at 5mph. The solid high tensile one piece steel lip plus 1” diameter lip hinge pin provides additional structural integrity for continued product performance and longevity.
The NORDOCK FLEX-LIP™

This dock leveler lip is designed to provide substantial cost savings on equipment maintenance, fragile goods damage and personnel injuries. The patented FLEX-LIP lip design extends automatically as the leveler deck descends and maintains the lip horizontally in all positions of the platform, even in below dock loading operations. The risk of grounding low clearance pallet trucks and forklifts while loading and unloading is significantly reduced and excessive forklift tire wear, especially in below dock loading operations, is minimized. Personnel injury, caused by whole body vibration, is also significantly reduced, saving on injury claims and employee absence.
Vertical Dock Leveler

The Blue Giant U-Series vertical storing dock leveler is the perfect loading dock solution for facilities and applications that require strict climate control or high cleanliness levels. It improves internal temperature control, reduces the risk of door damage and minimizes debris entry. Trailers typically back into the specially designed loading dock bay and before the doors are opened allowing contamination, a complete seal is formed between trailer and inside the facility.
